1.10. Plan: a Subscription option with its period and price, shown at paradoxclient.com/plus.
1.11. Payment service: the bank, bank payment agent or payment aggregator through which the Customer pays.
2. Subject
2.1. The Provider grants the User, free of charge, the right to use the Client and the Launcher under section 4, and access to friends, direct messages, voice and cloud settings.
2.2. The Provider renders the Paradox Plus Subscription, and the Customer pays for it at the price of the chosen Plan.
2.3. For the paid period the Subscription gives:
- the right to use all Cosmetics, including items published during the paid period, at no extra cost;
- the
[+]badge next to the Account name, visible to other Users.
2.4. The Subscription does not change gameplay, unlock Client features or give any advantage on game servers. Every Client feature is free. Without an active Subscription, Cosmetics can be previewed.
2.5. Cosmetics and the Subscription are used only within the Service. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to anyone else or used outside the Service.
2.6. The Service is provided remotely over the Internet. It is digital: nothing is shipped.
3. Acceptance
3.1. The free part of the Offer is accepted by downloading or starting the Client or the Launcher, or by registering an Account.
3.2. The paid part is accepted by ticking the consent box on the order page and paying for the chosen Plan.
3.3. The contract is concluded when the Provider receives confirmation of the payment from the Payment service.
3.4. The Offer can be accepted for as long as it is published on the Site.
4. Licence to use the Client
4.1. The Provider holds the rights to the Client, the Launcher, the Cosmetics, the Site design and the name "Paradox Client", except for objects whose rights belong to third parties.
4.2. The Provider grants the User a free, non-exclusive licence to use the Client and the Launcher for their intended purpose, on any number of the User's devices, worldwide, for the term of the exclusive right.
4.3. The User may pass the Client installation file on to others unchanged, as the Provider published it.
4.4. The User may not:
- sell the Client or access to it, or otherwise make money from it;
- distribute modified builds under the name "Paradox" or present them as released by the Provider;
- decompile or otherwise rework the Client, except where Article 1280 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation expressly allows it;
- use the Client to interfere with the Service.
5. Placing an order
5.1. An order is placed on the Site as follows:
- the User signs in to an Account or registers one;
- picks a Plan at paradoxclient.com/plus;
- ticks the box consenting to the Offer and the Privacy Policy;
- goes to the Payment service page, sees the total in rubles and pays.
5.2. The Service is rendered to the Account the order was placed from.
5.3. The Provider may ask for information confirming that the Account or the payment belongs to the Customer when this is needed to credit the Subscription, handle a request or make a refund.
6. Price and payment
6.1. The price of the Service is:
- 30-day Plan: 250 rubles;
- 365-day Plan: 2,500 rubles.
6.2. Payments are made in Russian rubles. The price is final. No VAT is charged.
6.3. Payment is made through the Payment service by the methods available on its page, including bank cards and the Faster Payments System (SBP).
6.4. Card numbers and account details are handled by the Payment service and never reach the Provider. The Provider receives a notice of successful payment: the invoice number, the Account, the Plan and the amount.
6.5. The Payment service may charge its own fee. That fee is not the Provider's and is shown to the Customer by the Payment service before paying.
6.6. The Customer receives an electronic receipt as Russian law requires.
6.7. The Provider may change prices. A new price does not apply to a period already paid.
7. Automatic renewal
7.1. If the payment method supports repeat charges, ticking the consent box is also consent to automatic renewal of the Subscription.
7.2. At the end of the paid period the Subscription renews for the same period at the Plan price in effect at the time of the charge. The Payment service charges the payment method saved at the first payment.
7.3. The Customer may turn automatic renewal off at any time at paradoxclient.com/plus. The paid period stays until it ends. Turning renewal off is not a refund request.
7.4. A Customer who does not accept a changed price turns renewal off before the next charge.
8. Delivery
8.1. The Subscription is credited to the Account once the Provider receives confirmation of payment, normally within seconds.
8.2. The Service for the paid period counts as rendered when the Subscription is credited. This does not limit the right to a refund under section 9.
8.3. If the Subscription is not credited within 24 hours of payment, the Customer writes to support@paradoxclient.com. Until it is credited, the Service is not rendered.
9. Refunds
9.1. The Customer may cancel and get a full refund within 14 calendar days of the payment, without giving a reason. The Subscription credited for that payment is removed when the refund is made.
9.2. A refund request goes to support@paradoxclient.com with the Account name and the payment date or receipt number. Requests are also accepted on Discord and Telegram.
9.3. The refund is made within 10 calendar days of the request, to the method used for the payment unless agreed otherwise. How long the money takes to arrive depends on the bank and the Payment service.
9.4. After 14 calendar days, money for a rendered Service is not refunded, except where Russian law requires it, including Article 32 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Article 782 of the Civil Code.
9.5. Regardless of the period, the Provider refunds a payment made without the Account owner's consent, or one whose Subscription was never credited.
9.6. If access to the Account is restricted under section 11, the paid period is not recalculated or refunded, except for a request sent within the period in 9.1 before the restriction.
10. Rights and obligations
10.1. The Provider shall:
- render the Service as this Offer describes;

11.2. The measure must be proportionate to the breach. The User may contest it by writing to support@paradoxclient.com.
11.3. Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted and the Provider does not read them. Measures rest on conduct visible at the Account level and on reports from Users.

12. Liability
12.1. The parties are liable for failing to perform the Offer under the law of the Russian Federation.

12.4. Nothing in the Offer limits the Customer's rights under consumer protection law.
12.5. If a Service feature that a paid Subscription depends on is shut down, the Customer may get a refund for the unused paid period. The Provider announces such a shutdown in advance on Telegram and Discord.

15.1. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB and Microsoft Corporation. Paradox Client is an independent project, is not a product of those companies and is not affiliated with them. "Minecraft" is used only to state what the Client is compatible with.
15.2. The Client contains no Minecraft game files; they are downloaded from Mojang. Signing in with a Microsoft account needs a copy of Minecraft: Java Edition that the User has bought. The Provider grants no licence to the game.
