Yes. Paradox runs on standard Fabric Loader. Sodium, Iris Shaders, Lithium and your own mods drop straight in from the built-in catalogue or your mods folder.

The launcher keeps its own files in a separate folder while your singleplayer worlds, screenshots and resource packs stay untouched in the standard Minecraft directory.
